1st Engagement Campaign Ambassador
Our 1st Engagement Campaigners represent leading charities within Dublin City Centre. Your role is to create awareness around specific campaigns and generate much needed support. As a first engagement campaigner you will generate leads, in the form of pledges to support our charity partners. Our telephone department will subsequently contact these leads in an attempt to convert them to long term donors.
Salary: Basic Salary plus bonus.
Residential Field Campaigners
As a member of our Residential Field team you will be responsible for the efficient and effective recruitment of regular givers for and on behalf of leading charities, at all times meeting the Quality Assurance System and agreed Individual Performance Targets
Salary: Competitive basic salary and bonuses.

Team Leader
To lead by example in the effective recruitment of regular donors on behalf of our charity partners. As a team leader you will oversee a team of Field Campaigners setting objectives and developing new campaigners to ensure key performance targets are achieved and exceeded while maintaining a high level of quality assurance at all times.
Salary: Competitive Basic, Bonus, Monthly Car allowance and Fuel Card provided.
Telephone Campaigner
As part of our telephone department your role is to recruit regular donors for charities over the telephone. You will call through lists of pledges made to the charity providing additional information about the campaign and converting these pledges into long term regular donors. You will achieve an outstanding level and quality of calling and strive to achieve targets set by the management team.
Salary: Competitive basic salary and bonus structure.
We worked with Red Fundraising on a recent D2D acquisition.
